2.How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:

3.Third-Party Services We Use
We use reputable third-party services to operate the Course. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
- Jotform: hosts our secure checkout form. Jotform privacy policy
- Authorize.Net: processes credit card payments. Authorize.Net privacy policy
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosts the website, stores account data, and sends system emails. AWS privacy policy
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your information with marketers or advertisers.
4.Payment Information
Credit card information entered at checkout is submitted directly to Authorize.Net through a PCI-compliant payment form hosted by Jotform. We do not see, store, or have access to your full credit card number, security code, or expiration date. Only the last four digits may be retained for receipt and record-keeping purposes.
5.Data Storage and Security
Your account information and progress data are stored in Amazon Web Services data centers in the United States (us-east-2 / Ohio region). We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmitted to and from the website
- Managed authentication via Amazon Cognito, which stores passwords as cryptographic hashes
- Access controls limiting who on our team can view your account data
While we take these precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any material data breach affecting your information as required by law.
6.Cookies and Browser Storage
We use browser storage (sometimes called “local storage”) to keep you logged in to the member dashboard between visits. This is a technical necessity for the login system to work. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that follow you across the internet.
7.Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccuracies in your information
- Delete your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention requirements
- Export a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL TO BE PROVIDED] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your access to the Course, and we do not offer refunds for deleted accounts.
8.Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as you have an active account. Payment records and transaction data may be retained longer as required by tax and accounting laws. If you delete your account, we will remove your progress data and personal identifiers from our active systems, though some records may persist in encrypted backups for a limited time before being purged.
9.Children's Privacy
This Course is intended for adult real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has purchased the Course, please contact us and we will remove their information promptly.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered members by email. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
